After being a customer for several years it’s hard to put into words my disappointment with my recent experience with this company. We had a service call and the tech came out and we verbally approved some work that we were promised would be properly itemized on the invoice. It was not and now the company is trying to charge us again for work that was improperly performed in the first place. It’s only been a few days since the work was performed so clearly it wasn’t done properly. You can find companies with better service and integrity so I suggest you look elsewhere.

Had a significant problem with my air conditioning. Pedro Rodriquez provided me with a second opinion. Diagnosed my problem immediately. Came back the following day and installed a zone control board to correct the problem and saved me more than $3,000. I will definitely be using Andy Lewis Heating Air Conditioning again for all my HVAC needs. Thank you, Pedro Rodriguez!!

I ordinarily don't leave bad reviews, but THIS one is warranted. A Gee technician and his apprentice came out in May, to service our system. At the end of the service call, he showed me pictures of black mold in the coil area, and told me that they could install a UV light, for $1500! I told him I would have to think about it. He made it sound like it was crucial to immediately take care of this issue. After he left, I started receiving emails and texts, reminding me to get ahead of the mold problem. My neighbor happens to be a regional service manager for LG (their commercial HVAC division), and he just came over and inspected my system. He told me, 'I don't know where that guy came up with those pictures, because there's no signs of any mold in your system'. He showed me the video he took, and the coils are clean! For this reason, plus the system shut-down exactly one month after the tech had been here (It turns out the line was clogged, and the pan was full of water).The shut-down happened on a Friday, so we were without AC until the following Monday, and it was a hot weekend (with temps in the 90s). Our two dogs suffered tremendously, not to mention us. Gee charged us $200 to clean the line. I didn't mind the fee, so much as the fact that the original tech should have automatically checked the line on the service call. Gee has lost all credibility with me, and lost me as a customer.

I have had three people come out here representing this company (inspection, emergency repair, and quote for new system) and I gotta say, overall I am very unhappy.The only guy who was respectful and qualified was the emergency tech, Richard, he was awesome. The ladies in the office seem nice as well.Unfortunately, the other two people really ruined this company for me. Never using these people again and I recommend you all to think twice before dealing with this company. Customer service and communication skills are so important.....

Been doing business with ALH for years, mainly because of Robbie, he seems to get it, going over and above, trying to do the right thing. Problem comes in with the techs, Over the years have had great ones and ones who were punching the time clock. Today Pedro came to do our two units. He knocked it out of the park.. Very professional and through, going the full mile to make sure everything was right and taking the time to clean the exterior units coils, making sure connections were tight, treating the units like they were his. Well done. Keep Pedro and make sure he is my main man.

I would like to take this opportunity to share with the public my experience with Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating &Air.I have dealt with a fair number of companies in this field. I have never had such a pleasurable experience. Their pricing is excellent, but most importantly they back their work. They have the most experienced technicians and service people. What adds to this experience for me is that I relied on them and they did everything that needed to be done and MORE!!! It’s a great experience dealing with ALH Heating & Air and especially Service Technician Richard Rushing. Our AC stopped cooling on a hot June day. We had the HVAC unit to put kids room fail the coldest night this month. Called Andy Lewis/Hobson and they sent Karl out the next day. Karl did an amazing job going through our entire system to try and find the issue. He did repairs just to make sure all our units were in perfect shape. Super happy with this team.

I am over the top impressed with Andy Lewis Heating and Air! I purchased my first home in October. It has been a rollercoaster (not because of our HVAC, but otherwise), and ALH has been the company I know I can rely on. The contractor who built our home had the furnace installed by Andy Lewis Heating and Air and we found out that we needed some work done on it after it started displaying error codes. Every time I've called, Pat has be incredibly kind, pleasant, and always taken my calls with a sense of urgency to get the problems fixed. Matt has been my go-to technician and I could not be happier. He has always been pleasant, kind, understanding and taken care of any issue I've had quickly and thoroughly! If you need to get an HVAC, furnace or anything installed that ALH provides, don't think twice. They are top notch and stand by their work. If any services are needed after install, they are speedy at getting you back in working order! Seriously, thank you for being a reliable company with terrific service!

Karl came out to inspect my ac and went above and beyond to take his time to help me diagnosis a heating issue in multiple rooms. Not only did he help resolve the issue, he patched up some work done incorrectly by prior techs. Given it is a couple days before Christmas, the price I paid for the work I received was absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend Karl and Andy's group enough.

Just want to express how pleased we were with the service provided by ALH. They did both our Spring and Fall tune-up and then did some ductwork repair they found during the Fall service. Carl was our technician, and we were very pleased with the work he did and how thorough he was in doing his job. We will continue to use ALH for all of our heating and a/c needs.

I have had Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating & Air service my home several times now. EVERY single time it was a very personable experience. In a world where everyone is trying to get ahead, this company most definitely puts the customer first. The technicians are professional and friendly, always making a point to interact with my young children and make the family feel secure and ensured that the work will be done in a timely manner. The font office staff are genuinely interested in you as the customer and know you by name. Most recently I had an emergency and Andy Lewis/Hobson was at my home within 30 minutes and stayed on the phone with me the entire time offering a comforting conversation ensuring me everything would be fine soon. I even received a call back after a few days just to check in on how I'm doing - nothing about service or products, just a check in on me and my family. If you're looking for experienced technicians that provide prompt and professional service at a fair price, then look no further. If you're like me and value trust and relationships, then most definitely look no further. I highly recommend Andy Lewis/Hobson Heating & Air to everyone, every time.

Andy Lewis installed the HVAC systems for our new build home and we continue to use them because their technicians are very skilled/helpful and are good people you can trust. Pedro is excellent and so nice! The customer service team is also very helpful and responsive. Lastly and mostly importantly, they are very reasonably priced compared to the other larger companies in the Atlanta area. I recommended them highly!

I would not recommend this company, I was up sold the entire time. They send 2 “technicians” but the second technician said he wasn’t a salesman but then proceeded to give me an entire sales pitch about replacing my unit. Even after I said I no longer wanted the system I received multiple calls with lower and lower prices that were still high and was told how other companies just aren’t as good and that’s why they cost more but I should still choose them. I didn’t feel like they really cared about helping me but just more concerned with the sales and money for themselves

I contacted ALH when one of our 14 year old A/C units stopped working. We were on a tight timeframe and needed the system replaced as soon as possible. Greg handled all of the details and he and his crew were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I'm happy to say that our new heat pump and air conditioner were installed quickly and I will definitely contact them the next time we need service.

Robbie went above and beyond to help us replace our HVAC in an old condo building. He worked late into the night trying to help us find a manufacturer who could supply the unit we needed and kept me consistently in the loop. He even hand drew a detailed diagram to help me understand what the situation is with our HVAC so I could communicate with the HOA. While we ultimately were able to find a specialized company who could source the replacement unit quicker, I was so impressed with Robbie’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to ALH in the future.

Where do I begin? AMAZING...Patty answered my call when I was seeking a second opinion about a blower motor replacement for my furnace. She was kind, relatable, and very empathetic. She provided me with a recommendation to have Robert, sales and customer service representative to come and look at my unit. As I had spent close to $1000 on replacement of a part on my AC after 20 days of being in my home. To replace the blower I was looking at another $1000.The previous HVAC company provided poor service as shared in one of my other reviews.Long story short, I replaced the furnace reluctantly and in tears, but if I had not been equipped with the info needed, I might have wasted money on a system repair month over month. I lucked up and obtained great financing through Bank of America.Robert and Patty were responsive and reactive. After 2 weeks without heat and air, Allen and Victor came out and replaced my firnace. They were informative, caring and kind. Thank God for an amazing company such as this. Thank you for all of your care and concern. I would refer them again and again for your HVAC repairs.

Someone recommended this company to me, I'm so HAPPY they did. I was not disappointed. I reached out to him and he gave me a time and day in which he would be at my place of business. He was spot on!! He did such a wonderful job, anytime something goes wrong he will be called first. PRICES WAS VERY REASONABLE. He didn't try to rip me off. Not to mention he has done like 3 repairs for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Our heat went out overnight and we were unable to reset the system. We called Hobson Heating & Air at 8:00am and they were at the house by Noon. The technician was friendly, courteous and he explained every step of the disgnostic process and repair. He also performed the first inspection and tune up service for both heating & air. Because we enrolled in the yearly maintenance program, the diagnostic and repair was free. We are very satisfied.

I called Andy Lewis-Hobson because my AC was running however no cold air was coming out. Once our Service Technician, Aaron Hill arrived, I knew we were in great hands. Aaron made contact with us to discuss the AC issue. During this time, Aaron was engaged in our communication, extremely professional, and very polite. While Aaron worked on our HVAC System he would periodically let us know what the issue was and his approach to fixing the problem. Once the repairs had been completed Aaron explained everything he did and shared importance of having a service agreement on our HVAC System since my warranty would be ending in May 2023. I was so impressed with Aaron. He is truly the best Service Technician I have ever had at any of my properties. If anyone needs HVAC Service, Andy Lewis/Hobson is the only answer. Hopefully you will get to meet Aaron.
