Our heat went out overnight and we were unable to reset the system. We called Hobson Heating & Air at 8:00am and they were at the house by Noon. The technician was friendly, courteous and he explained every step of the disgnostic process and repair. He also performed the first inspection and tune up service for both heating & air. Because we enrolled in the yearly maintenance program, the diagnostic and repair was free. We are very satisfied.

I called Andy Lewis-Hobson because my AC was running however no cold air was coming out. Once our Service Technician, Aaron Hill arrived, I knew we were in great hands. Aaron made contact with us to discuss the AC issue. During this time, Aaron was engaged in our communication, extremely professional, and very polite. While Aaron worked on our HVAC System he would periodically let us know what the issue was and his approach to fixing the problem. Once the repairs had been completed Aaron explained everything he did and shared importance of having a service agreement on our HVAC System since my warranty would be ending in May 2023. I was so impressed with Aaron. He is truly the best Service Technician I have ever had at any of my properties. If anyone needs HVAC Service, Andy Lewis/Hobson is the only answer. Hopefully you will get to meet Aaron.

Worst service I have ever received. Recommended by a friend and bought a service contract. The company was not as he said they would be. OVER sold on everything and paid hefty. When things were not cooling as promised, they said it was me, not programming the system correctly. The technician came out and had to call in as he did not even know how to fix the problem with the Ecobee system they installed. Then he wanted me to call Ecobee myself. I had it taken the next day. I realized what a sham it was. On a Friday maintenance visit, the technician did not connect the AC units back on. Whole weekend with home in the high 70's before they came back on Monday. I have never posted a negative review on any business before today. So very disappointed with this company. Hoping to save someone else from this happening to them.

I had short cycling and my unit would not stay on for more than 5 minutes. I had a routine appointment scheduled for January 31st. I called him to say I was having a problem today. She said she would try to work me in and would call me back. She called back and said I would be seeing this afternoon! Chris came and made some adjustments and the unit was then working. No new parts were needed . The unit is 16 years old and he explained some problems that could occur later. He also told me the estimated costs of certain repairs in the future. He was a very nice and friendly person. He was here about one and a half hours. There was no charge because I was under contract for routine maintenance. :^)

Andy Lewis Hobsen is one of the best service companies I’ve worked with in decades of home ownership. I recently had issues with my home warranty company (who did not want to replace a very old and damaged furnace) and ALH went to bat for me!!! Complete amateurs. Needed warranty work on a brand new system they installed, less than 6 months old. They sent someone out without confirming the appointment with me, he calls me from the driveway, fools around with the unit for 5 minutes and says “there was a blue wire that wasn’t connected”, on a system they installed. Still no heat. I tried to schedule another appointment with them, and never got a call back. When I called them again, they said he would be here later this afternoon, which is great because I won't be here. No weekend appointments. Weak. When I called back to cancel the appointment, they said that if anyone else works on the system, that voids our warranty. I don’t think so.
